This is a coconut mojito, a cocktail made from lime juice, white rum, sugar syrup, and coconut water. The taste of this drink will change depending on the type of rum you use. The use of a dark rum will give it a bitter taste while a lighter rum will make it sweeter. If you want to make the drink sweeter/tart, then you can add more lime juice or if you want to make it even more tart/bitter, then you can add more sugar syrup. This drink is best served cold as this helps to cut down on the sourness from the lime juice and adds sweetness from the coconut rum.

Thats not it, though. It might seem like the cocktail is finished, but the last ingredient is a surprisingly important one: seltzer water or club soda. We love a classic mojito, but this is the best frozen mojito recipe is our favorite!! You will never need another frozen mojito recipe after trying this one. This drink is made with rum, frozen limeade, fresh lime juice, and a lot of fresh mint!

When we whipped this recipe together and served it, everyone said it was one of their favorite cocktail recipes ever. Its full of minty, lime flavor and has a sweet and tart taste. The rum makes it feel tropical and great for a pool party or for chilling outside on a sunny day.

This frozen cocktail would also be perfect for a party! Frozen drinks are often easier to make than shaken cocktails. They can be whipped up in just a few minutes and served in festive glassware.

This recipe came about after we lived in Miami. That city has some of the best mojitos we’ve ever tasted. After moving to another city in S. Florida we couldn’t find any good mojitos. So, I hit the liquor cabinet and got started. It took a few tries but I finally managed to find the right measurements to make a well-balanced, slightly sweetened mojito similar to ones we used to get at South Beach.
