For example, the reposados spend eight months in old American oak barrels primarily used for Kentucky bourbon aging. Select reposado sare aged for one more month in old Scotch whisky casks for the Don Julio Reposado Double Cask variant.

As for the añejos, their aging goes for a full 18 months in the companys own reposado barrels. The result is more agave and less oak in the flavor, which is great for the tequila purist.

Neat is the way of choice for a tequila of this quality. If you like to chill it a bit use whisky stones avoiding dilution of your precious tequila.

I strongly suggest you to avoid serving it in a tequila glass also known as caballito. Those glasses are meant for shots, not for sipping and dont let you appreciate fine aromas. Use a whisky glass or a Glencairn glass if you wanna go pro-level.

The bottle is heaven in a bottle. Its totally my go-to tequila bottle. Its so soft, and yummy when it comes to taste. I recommend this tequila if you really want a couple of shots, with no hangover! The packaging is beautiful.

Its probably the best tequila ive ever tasted. You can really feel the quality, and taste it, in addition to the high price lol. This tequila has a smooth start, and major feisty finish. I would recommend this to someone else who wants a better quality tequila, without the hangover.

I like tequila, but I am super in love with Don Julio Tequila. Its super smooth, and the bottle is luxurious and elegant. Its on the pricier side of tequila bottles. If you buy shots, the bottle isnt too expensive.

I love the taste of this tequila and how smooth it is. It can really be a bit pricey, but its totally worth it. I also love how I can drink it, and not have a hangover the next day. Its one of my go-to bottles whenever I wanna be fancy, and drink something REALLY good without hangover!
