The Skrewball company was founded by husband and wife team Steven and Brittany Yeng, based in San Diego, California. Things To Remember When Making Jello Shots
When throwing a party, youll probably want to prepare 4-6 Jello Shots for each guest.
This batch uses 6 ounces of gelatin and so you will get around 18-20 Jello shots.
If doing a half recipe and only using 3 ounces of gelatin you will only get 8-10 Jello shots depending on how you pour.
If using a garnish, dont place the garnish on the jello shot until just ready to serve.

Skrewball peanut butter whiskey has its fans and haters. Our honest opinion? Its a bit sweet for our tastes. We went in thinking it would taste like whiskey with a hint of peanut on the finish. But its bold and sweet: more like a peanut butter cup liqueur with its creamy, sweet finish.
But, how you mix it matters! We were able to mix up a few drinks with Skrewball that balanced flavors using tart, bubbly, or bitter mixers. Its great with cranberry juice or orange juice, a few shakes of cocktail bitters, or coffee. Just dont mix it with Baileys or make it into a White Russian.

How To Store Peanut Butter Whiskey
I prefer to store my peanut butter whiskey in the freezer. Super cold peanut butter whiskey makes delicious shots all on its own. However, I also prefer cocktails and mixed shots with super cold whiskey.
The exception to this rule is when you’re adding the peanut butter whiskey to a hot drink or baking with it. I like to keep one bottle at room temperature, and leave another in the freezer.

This time around I did add actual jam to the shot.
I do think it adds an extra layer of flavor and helps it taste more like a PB and J.
I used just water in these but you could substitute the water with some raspberry seltzer water if you wanted a little more flavor.
Both my husband and his co-worker say dont skip the chopped peanuts as garnish.
They both say it really adds something to the shots.
So there you have it.
