It’s Poised To Take Over The Country Music Scene
Or at least the bro-country market. Chase Rice romantically compares his love interest’s effects to a Fireball shot in “Ready Set Roll,” while Florida Georgia Line famously gave it a shout-out in the song “Round Here,” and even has the stuff at conferences. Plus Blake Shelton’s on board, so it’s only a matter of time before Toby Keith releases an updated version of “Whiskey Girl.”
It’s Always Ordered By The D
You know who I’m talking about: the bros with popped-collar Polos and gingham button-ups, finance guys who always cut you but somehow touch your lower back while doing it, sorority girls and college freshmen looking to get plastered on a Thursday night, juice heads bragging about how much they can lift.
Is Fireball A Good Whiskey
I like the way it burns because its sweet. This is a favorite among all. Fireballs not a staple in bars because it is the best whiskey on the market. Every bar in the country should be able to serve you a whiskey that is affordable, safe, easy to drink with your friends, and it should be available everywhere.

There Are Several Fireball
You can’t reach the highest level of the popularity stratosphere these days without going viral. Fortunately for Fireball, a number of popular videos featuring the cinnamon liqueur have been widely circulated around the internet in recent years.
In 2014, a wedding invitee had the ingenious idea to strap a GoPro camera onto a bottle of Fireball. The two-minute video, which captured dozens of the ceremony’s guests taking swigs from the bottle, has since been viewed on YouTube over 3.8 million times. The very next year, GQ asked actor Chris Pratt to film a video in which he provides acting advice. He chose to do so after taking several shots of Fireball, even taking one while filming. The clip has since garnered more than 2 million views on YouTube. Also in 2015, YouTube channel Observ found four grandmothers who had never tried Fireball and recorded them as they had their first taste of the cinnamon spirit. The taste test experiment has been seen by more than 5.1 million people. And if you’re wondering, the grandmas seemed to be Fireball fans.
The most popular Fireball viral video, however, occurred in 2021. A TikTok user posted a video of a fishing trip. In it, one fisherman is filleting a fish and cuts away a slab of meat only to find, much to his surprise, an unopened bottle of Fireball in the animal’s stomach. The astonishing clip has since been seen nearly 23 million times.
Fireballs Inspired A Bunch Of Imposters
While the brand might have haters galore, it also inspired a bunch of copycats. Not only did Fireball sue the small brand Stout Brewing Company for creating an almost laughable carbon copy of their liquor , they also sued whiskey giantJack Daniels in the same year. Jack Daniels and Jim Beam both created cinnamon-flavored whiskeys after seeing Fireballs success, but Fireballs beef with Jack came from its use of the word fireball in its Google advertisements. Looks like 2015 was a busy year for Fireball in court.

Fireball Whiskey Is Not Vegan
Regrettably, Fireball Whiskey is not vegan-friendly. According to a business spokeswoman, Fireball is vegetarian, containing no animal meat or other derivatives. It may, nevertheless, have components derived from animals, including honey and isinglass. Several ingredients purchased by the company from third-party sellers include trace amounts of animals derived products. Simultaneously, whiskey manufacturing may require the usage of filtering or other animal-derived components.
The reason for Fireball Whiskeys non-vegan status remains unknown to many people. Whereas the beverage does not seem to include considerable amounts of meat products, several people argue that continual cross-contamination and improper third-party processes render Fireball Whiskey unable to maintain vegan status.
Also, Fireballs parent firm has been in several conflicts and restrictions from nations worried about the composition and chemical components of the famed whiskey.
Fireball Was A Late Bloomer
Fireballs been around since 1984, but America only fell in love with it in the late 2000s. Part of the delay in popularity might have to do with the fact that it was only available in Canada until 2001 with the less-than-sexy name Dr. McGillicudys Fireball Whisky. But Sazerac bought it, gave it a makeover, and most impressively took to the streets to market the stuff face-to-face grassroots style. Soon enough, America fell head over heels.

Fireball Was Once Recalled Overseas
Fireball’s meteoric rise hit a momentary blip several years ago thanks to some unflattering headlines coming out of Europe. In October 2014, Norway, Sweden, and Finland recalled the liqueur for having excessive levels of propylene glycol, an ingredient also found in antifreeze. Fireball’s slogan, “Tastes like heaven, burns like hell” quickly took on a whole new meaning.
It turns out the whole ordeal was much ado about nothing. Unbeknownst to most, propylene glycol is commonly used as a flavor enhancer in food and drinks. Although propylene glycol has been by authorities in both the U.S. and Europe, the former allows for higher levels of the ingredient. Therefore, there are two different Fireball recipes for North America and Europe. Norway, Sweden, and Finland were shipped the wrong batch of the liqueur, which contained an illegal amount of propylene glycol and had to be pulled from the shelves. “Unfortunately, Fireball shipped its North American formula to Europe and found that one ingredient is out of compliance with European regulations,” the company said in a statement at the time.

Fireball Contains A Crazy Amount Of Sugar
Let’s be honest no one drinks alcohol for its nutritional value. We all know booze isn’t great for our health, so if one particular drink has a few more calories or a little extra sugar, it’s not going to raise many red flags. But you should know what you’re getting into when you drink Fireball, because the sweetened spirit doesn’t just have a little more sugar, it has a lot more.

Those 11 grams equals 0.38 ounces, which is roughly 25% of the shot. And remember, Fireball is only 33% ABV, meaning there is almost as much sugar in the sweet liqueur as there is alcohol. High Heat: Owner Of Kentucky
LOUISVILLE, Ky. The maker of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is putting the heat on a North Carolina brewer over packaging that allegedly too closely resembles its red-capped liquor bottles adorned with a fire-breathing creature.
Sazerac Company Inc., of Metairie, La., claims in a federal lawsuit that the design of Stout Brewing Co.s new Fire Flask malt specialty beer infringes on Sazeracs trademark for Fireball. Fire Flasks label features a devil and pitchfork on a bottle with a red cap, according to the suit.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Louisville last Friday, is seeking an injunction banning Stout from selling its beer under the Fire Flask label or using any packaging and graphics that are confusingly similar.
Sazerac, which owns the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort and bottles Fireball at the Glenmore Distillery in Owensboro, also wants the court to grant it the profits from Stouts sales of Fire Flask and order the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to cancel the pending Fire Flask trademark, among other relief.
Officials with Stout did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. The suburban Charlotte company was founded in 2012 and makes flavored beer under the Great America label, among other products.
Sazerac claims Fire Flask has been sold in Kentucky, Indiana and at least seven other states. An attorney sent Stout a cease-and-desist letter in late July, according to the lawsuit.
