Skrewball peanut butter whiskey has its fans and haters. Our honest opinion? Its a bit sweet for our tastes. We went in thinking it would taste like whiskey with a hint of peanut on the finish. But its bold and sweet: more like a peanut butter cup liqueur with its creamy, sweet finish.
But, how you mix it matters! We were able to mix up a few drinks with Skrewball that balanced flavors using tart, bubbly, or bitter mixers. Its great with cranberry juice or orange juice, a few shakes of cocktail bitters, or coffee. Just dont mix it with Baileys or make it into a White Russian.
