I found a used truck here that I love. The price was a little high but reasonable. We did not bargain but paid the asking price. Even the add-ons including a GPS device which we were given false information about both verbally and in writing. We were told we had no choice about this GPS device which allow the police to find the truck if it was stolen. I balked but was told I could also track where the truck was at all times including find it in a parking lot. The price I paid for this device does NOT include anything other than locating it if stolen. After I called the GPS company and was told this , the dealership became unavailable by phone and, in person, refused to make their sale pitch actual. In addition, the financial manager was suffering from an upper respiratory condition which in the Covid era means he should have stayed home or at least worn a mask. My husband and I are both seniors with underlying health conditions. I am sorry this dealership is in a city with the university I love and that they are not honorable.

They tried to charge us over $4000 for after market items we did not order. We finally got them to discount these items if we bought a warranty. The car was poorly inspected. No interior lights, broken master lock, no record of oil change. They said they would send us a new hood rod but nothing has arrived. I have tried to reach them but no response.

The gentleman that I dealt with never listened to what I need. Omejel I hope you learn from this and work harder at listening to your customers needs. Dont real them into the dealership without having your facts straight, peoples time are valuable. He started out great over the phone then after that it went downhill. He was even 40 minutes late to our appointment never again will I shop here.
