For all the fans of Sabrina The Teenage Witch, this show was the animated version of the series and ran only for one season in 1999. Following Sabrina along with her aunts and their witchy antics, this show could do more than the live action version in regard to magic, because it was animation.

Sabrina The Teenage Witch saw more of Sabrina before she became a teenager, including her relationship with her mortal uncle who always warned her not to use her powers to solve problems. Of course, Sabrina couldn’t help herself and got into the usual trouble with Salem by her side. Sabrina: The Animated Series has been made available to watch on Tubi for free.

/10 Way Too Long: Fish Hooks

The show about three fish friends in school lasted three seasons on Disney Channel. While Fish Hooks starred the voice talents of Kyle Massey from That’s So Raven, Chelsea Kane of Jonas, and Justin Roiland who would later go on to star and create the hit animated series Rick and Morty there wasn’t a central plot to the show.

Despite relating to tween audiences dealing with the stresses of school, friendships, and sports, Fish Hooks never really had a huge following behind it. Viewers can watch all three seasons of Fish Hooks on Disney Plus.

Mr T’s Professional Wrestling Career

Thanks to his success across multiple fields, Mr. T was easily able to make the transition to professional wrestling in 1985. Starting out as Hulk Hogan’s tag-team partner in the World Wrestling Federation’s inaugural Wrestlemania, Mr. T is often credited as the sole reason why Wrestlemania I succeeded.

His wrestling career continued throughout the ’80s and ’90s he starred in plenty of high-profile matches against people like “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “Cowboy” Bob Orton. Mr. T was so beloved during this time that he was honored with an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

The Buzz On Maggie was about teenage fly, Maggie Pesky, and her hair-brained antics trying to turn her boring city upside down. While the show only saw one season, the theme song, “Just The Way I Am” was a hit on Radio Disney.

While the story was pretty standard, it would’ve been interesting to see Maggie accomplish her dreams and actually turn her little word on it’s head. Perhaps instead of canceling the show, The Buzz On Maggie just needed a change in network such as Nickelodeon.

/10 Way Too Long: Brandy & Mr Whiskers

While this show only saw two seasons on Disney Channel from 2004-2006, it never gained traction with audiences. Brandy & Mr. Whiskers was about a domestic dog and rabbit who got stranded in the Amazon Rainforest.

While trying to find their way back home they encountered wild animals and try to survive day to day. While the show was labeled as a comedy, it was mainly slapstick humor. Featuring the voice talent of Kaley Cuoco as Brandy before her Big Bang Theory fame, this show hasn’t been released on Disney Plus, but that might change in the future.

Mr T In 21st Century Films

With his commercial appearances still going strong but his television appearances slowing to a crawl, studio executives tried to bring Mr. T back to the feature-film industry. First, the actor was offered a cameo in The A-Team‘s feature film adaptation alongside his co-stars, but he turned it down. Ultimately, the show’s stars didn’t even make the final cut.

In 2009, Mr. T actually accepted a feature-film appearance: the role of Officer Earl Devereaux in the animated film Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. However, Mr. T declined to return for the 2013 sequel.

Despite focusing on commercials, Mr. T still managed to prioritize a TV or film cameo here and there. Reducing his participation to mere walk-on roles only furthered his status as a timeless icon. Mr. T added another skill to his résumé: impeccable comedic timing.

While Quack Pack only had one season in 1996, it featured the hilarious antics of Donald Duck and his three nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie. While Donald tried working as a TV Cameraman, he also had to watch over his three rebellious nephews.

Quack Pack came along a few years after DuckTales ended, and it could be said this show was trying to revive that era. Filled with classic Donald Duck humor audiences have loved for decades not to mention his three adorable nephews who later got their own revival in the current version of DuckTales Quack Pack is available to stream on Disney Plus.

Fans Call Out Disney+

In the absence of an official announcement regarding the addition of Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, some fans have taken to the popular open-source petition site Change.org to request Disney to bring back their favorite dog-rabbit pair.

The petition especially pointed out the presence of a diverse group of animals on the show, considering it was based in the Amazon rainforests. It pointed out that most of the species shown were expected to go extinct by 2020, and the least we could do was remember them with our collective memories.

The petition is now closed and could only gather a few signatures before being taken down. Nevertheless, fans continue to call on Disney to bring back the show, over other platforms like Reddit. Let us see if Disney obliges!

Into The Amazon Rainforest

Brandy and Mr. Whiskers in the jungle.

She first comes across Whiskers in the first episode of Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, “Mr. Whiskers’ First Friend.” Whiskers grows very fond of Brandy and comes to like her. When she asks him to “Find her some light”, he accidentally opens the cargo room’s Emergency Escape Hatch which sends them both out of the aircraft and into the Amazon Rainforest. Brandy desperately wanted to get back home . Then Gaspar Le’Gecko, a very scheming gecko with a French accent, decides to make a deal with Brandy. To give her a map in exchange for Mr. Whiskers . Brandy then agrees and decides to use the map to find her way out of the Amazon.

While walking to take the route back home, Brandy goes on a guilt trip and begins seeing faces of Whiskers telling her she would not possibly let Gaspar eat him. Brandy then turns around and goes to rescue Mr Whiskers. Just as Whiskers is in the pot, ready to be cooked reading out recipe instructions, Brandy walks in with Lola Boa . They both rescue Whiskers. She and Whiskers build themselves a treehouse with bunk beds made from lingerie worn by a hippopotamus.

Mr T’s Failed Projects

Of all the projects Mr. T’s name has been attached to throughout the years, not every one of them was lucky enough to be successful. Quite a few never even made it past the drawing board.

One of the most surprising instances was I Pity the Tool, a show on DIY Network following Mr. T renovating homes â it lasted one episode. Another is Mr. T: The Video Game, which was imagined as a cartoonish take on the actor’s life that would see him fighting Nazis across the world. Recess has a huge following it even has four movies in addition to the television series. The show is about six brave fourth-graders making it their mission to protect the other kids on the playground during recess. Between finding peace with the other kidsand dealing with Miss Finster, the kids have a lot on their plate for just being in fourth grade.

Running for an impressive 10 seasons, it would’ve been interesting to see Recess‘ kids grow up and progress with the show instead of staying in the same grade. Recess is available to stream on Disney Plus.
