Agree with BookLady6635. The liquor store in Centro across from Miguel’s Moonlight is where we purchase our tequila to both consume while on Isla and take home. We became well informed about tequila while staying at Casa Sirena. Steve, the owner, is very knowledgeable and educated us on a number of brands that are excellent. A few of our favourites are Don Julio Reposado and Anejo. The Real had been available, however it was sold out throughout our stay. We also enjoy the 1800 Anejo. We tend to gravitate away from the “trendy” brands as there are others just a good, if not better.

Cheapest Place To Buy Clase Azul

Hey going to be in Cabo for a few weeks next month. While I am there I usually drink Centanario Anejo, but always like to bring home a nice bottle. In the past Ive just picked up a bottle of Don Julio 1942 from Costco, but a friend of mine shared a couple glasses of Clase Azul Reposado with me and I really liked it. Hoping someone could point me the direction as to where I could find this for a good price. Thanks

Kind of expensive just to get a fancy bottle. There are many good sipping Tequilas out there. I second La Europea

You need to know what your price is locally before you buy high end Tequila in Cabo. Many of the top end brands are tourist priced and you can actually end up paying more than you would in your home town Clase Azul is one of those that is typically tourist priced. As is Patron, Cabo Wabo, Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia, etc.

Gran Centenario is a great tequila and you can save money by getting it in Cabo, Same with the 1921 brand. Even Herradura is good.
