We chose to rim the glass with sugar to bring out even more of the sweetness. And give it a nice look.

Put the lid on and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, or until you feel the cocktail shaker is completely chilled.

Fill the collins glass with ice.

Slowly pour the liquid from the cocktail shaker out into the collins glass . Pour carefully to protect the sugared rim from dissolving.

Fill the rest of the glass with 7-up. Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig or two of mint.
