“I ordered the sweet moments strawberry and chocolate box and twelve fresh cookies for my daughters birthday. I didnt receive what I ordered. I received just strawberries kind of dipped in chocolate, they looked pathetic, the cookies definitely were not fresh baked, they were hard as a rock. I called customer service, the store was supposed to get back to me within hours, however that didnt happen. Called again supposed to hear back. Well see. You decide deny the photos!”
“Avoid at all costs. Placed an order for delivery 5 days ago. It is still not there. I got the runaround. I was told that nobody was at the home. This was a home that has a security guard at the front and can hold anything that is delivered. Also they claim to have contacted the person that this was being delivered to. While thats possible, she told me that she did not get any phone call the day they claim to have delivered it. They promised it would be delivered several days later. It still hasnt been delivered. And, at no point did they reach out to me to let me know they were having trouble delivering it”
