Wonderful meal. Celebrating my husbands birthday. When made reservation on Ooen Table mentioned birthday celebration and placed a Happy Birthday card on table and complimentary dessert. Always first class!
Donât go on Saturday that when they are out of some menu but mostly there desserts. It best to go on Sunday that when they get there truck in to restock. The food was not that great. But the service was excellent. You must make reservations at this place it is very small restaurant.

To better serve our guests and to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, we have opted to enact the following policies.
–Any reservation of 6 or more people will be required to provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. The card will be charged $20 per person only in the event of a no-show, plus gratuity at 18%. Cancellations will not be charged.
–To ensure a better experience for our guests, reservations of 6 or more will not be seated until at least 50% of your party is present.
–Please be advised there will be a $25 service fee for outside desserts brought in.
–We ask that guests do not bring in balloons, confetti, rose petals, or other small party objects as to not hamper the dining experience of other guests and patrons.

We wanted to make a hometown favorite and I think were succeeding in our mission, said Olé Hospitality Group co-founder, Chef Fernando Martinez. Our guests appreciate that we are locally owned and that we provide a premium steakhouse experience at an affordable price. In fact, we have added square footage so we can accommodate more guests.
The signature dish is the 24 oz. cowboy cut ribeye of certified Angus aged a minimum of 30 days and the house-cut Tallow Fries.
A sampling of other items includes the center cut filet , pan-roasted chicken , grilled Verlasso salmon , steak & cheese hand pies , S& B Maryland-style crab cakes , chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail , cheese curd burger and the crabmeat deviled eggs . Chef-recommended dessert items include the Crème brûlée and the carrot cake made with bourbon caramel and served with ice cream .
On Feb. 14, Steak & Bourbon will offer a Valentines Day special. For $145, couples can share a delicious a 32oz. Tomahawk Ribeye with a 7oz. butter poached lobster tail and two sides of choice.
